Catherine is a highly experienced Personal Assistant and Office Manager. She has experienced life at Chairman and CEO level in both public and private sectors and worked for businesses both large and small – as well as life managing a restaurant and being a travelling cook in Africa!

Catherine established Kaleidoscope Executive PA Services to provide proactive and professional PA and administrative support to business executives. She has a passion for helping people move their business forward, be successful and achieve all their professional goals.

Nikki COVERDALE

Executive PA - Team Leader

Nikki plays a key role within the Kaleidoscope team, as an Executive PA, Team leader and as PA to Catherine.  She joined the team in October 2009 and her contribution since then has been very highly regarded by our clients.

With extensive high level PA experience Nikki is perfectly suited to supporting the needs of our clients.  Apart from having all the necessary skills required as a PA she is particularly talented at providing solutions for streamlining processes, assisting with complex project work and undertaking research.

Nikki’s focus on understanding the challenges and needs of individual clients, and in building and maintaining excellent relationships has resulted in her becoming an integral part of many clients’ businesses. 

She lives in York with her husband, 4 year old daughter and an old ginger cat called Fred.

LOUISE DENBY

Executive PA

Louise has over 27 years Executive PA experience at some of the leading UK & global finance and insurance corporations such as AXA, Guy Carpenter (Marsh & McLennan) & Willis.

Since joining the Kaleidoscope team in November 2012 she has proven herself to be a highly efficient and effective member of our team. 

Louise is skilful in her diplomacy and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive personal information and business sensitive knowledge.  She is also patient, resilient and calm under pressure.  Both of these key attributes make her a perfect complement to any busy executive.

Louise has recently moved to Yorkshire with her husband and Roxy the dog, and enjoys an active lifestyle including kayaking, cycling and walking.

Barbara Munley

Executive PA

Your documents are in safe hands when they're entrusted to Barbara, a highly experienced digital transcriber. Fast turnaround and excellent standards of accuracy are a core part of the service Barbara provides as a Kaleidoscope Virtual Assistant.

She has 20 years’ experience as a legal secretary, working for large law firms including Barrington Black and Morley Mitchell Solicitors. Now working as a freelance transcriber, she still counts large London law firms among her clients. She frequently deals with sensitive material for the High Court and County Courts, often turning polished documents around overnight for use in court.

She's a Yorkshire lass, now happily living in York, describing herself as 'madly in love' with her second husband.
