Our Prices

Every business has different needs, so we will discuss your specific requirements and budget with you before work begins.

You can decide to either pay as you go on an hourly rate, or choose from a range of different monthly retainer packages. Any business can benefit – just contact us to discuss how a Kaleidoscope Virtual Assistant could help you.

Time reporting

We use time tracking software to ensure that you only pay for time actually spent working on your business. Time reports are included with your invoice every month.

Confidentiality

The work we do for you will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Kaleidoscope is registered under the Data Protection Act.

Peace of Mind

Kaleidoscope is comprehensively insured including Professional Indemity insurance to the value of £250,000 providing our clients with even more peace of mind.
